2015 ATIA Annual Convention Trade Show - Juneau

The premier gathering of Alaska's tourism industry leaders. This annual event is expected to attract over 500 participants including tour operators, wholesalers, vendors, destination marketing organizations and elected officials.

The trade show schedule is: 

Tuesday, October 6 - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Wednesday, October 7 - 8:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday, October 8 - 9:00am - 11:30am

 

 Registration Options:

Trade Show Booth Registration - Includes full convention access with all events, activities and meals (including the closing banquet). A standard booth is 8' by 8' and comes with one 6' table and two chairs.

$750 -   Early bird price for registrations purchased by August 31, 2015

$800 -   Regular booth registration of purchased by September 30, 2015

$850 -   Late booth registration after September 30, 2015.  

 

Trade Show Booth New Member Registration - $650     Businesses that join ATIA for the first time in 2015 will receive a discounted registration for attending their first convention. Trade show booth registrations include full convention access with all events, activities and meals (including the closing banquet). A standard booth is 8' by 8' and comes with one 6' table and two chairs.  

 

One-Day Only Registration - $180     If you would like to bring a co-worker to help you work at your booth for a limited number of days, that person can register per day, which includes all meals and activities scheduled for the day (except Thursday registration DOES NOT include the closing banquet). 

 

Spouse Registration - $250     Registration for spouse traveling with attendee. Includes daytime meals, evening events and closing banquet only. DOES NOT include attendance at daytime sessions and workshops. 

  

Optional Tickets - You can purchase additional closing banquet tickets for individuals who are not attending convention but wish to attend the banquet for $50 per person.  You can also let us know if you plan to attend the Arts, Culture & Heritage Tourism Summit. 

 

Session Choices - As a new feature this year we are listing the additional meetings and concurrent sessions in our registration process.  As we confirm speakers and their time slots we will update this section. You are welcome to RSVP for sessions but are not required to do so.
