Are you interested in getting certified to train your staff in the AlaskaHost Customer Service training?

AlaskaHost is a statewide customer service training program designed for employees of the hospitality and visitor services industry. The program trains participants on providing quality customer service and discusses the foundation of communication and problem-solving skills for all service-oriented businesses. As a certified AlaskaHost Trainer, you will be given the materials you need to teach the class to your staff.

In order to be eligible to attend the train the trainer, attendees must either attend one of the two virtual options of the AlaskaHost training, Wednesday, February 28^th 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or Thursday, February 29^th 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. or have taken the class in 2023.
