This hands-on session will give you the tools, knowledge, and resources to confidently train your staff and help create exceptional visitor experiences across Alaska. Whether you’re new to AlaskaHost or looking to refresh your skills, this is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and take practical tools back to your organization.

AlaskaHost Train-the-Trainer

To participate in the AlaskaHost Train-the-Trainer program, attendees must attend both sessions.

Monday | 1:00–5:00 PM
We will work through the AlaskaHost training materials together as a group, building a strong understanding of the content and how to present it to others.

Tuesday, October 13 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Each registered attendee will teach back a small section of the material to the group. This hands-on portion helps ensure that all participants feel confident delivering the AlaskaHost training themselves.

Advance registration is required. We also strongly recommend completing the AlaskaHost training before attending the Train-the-Trainer session. Having firsthand experience with the training will help you better understand the material and prepare you to teach it to others
